This dessert may not seem like anything special... s'mores, good- but what's so special about these ones? Well. We'll tell you. Imagine gooey on the inside, roasted on the outside... marshmallows. Ice-cold, chocolate... ice cream, melting over the heat of the marshmallows. Crunchy, sweet, cinnamon graham crackers... cascading over the delicious landscape of the s'more. Boom, S'more Ice Cream Cups. Do we have your attention?



Preheat your oven on broil. Let your ice cream sit out on the counter & warm while you prepare your delicious dessert.

Cover a baking sheet in tin foil and stand your marshmallows tall. Place them on the bottom rack. This is really important because your marshmallows need to brown slightly and not over cook and expand too much. Roast them in the oven for 2-3 minutes (keep an eye on them as they brown and expand slightly).

Roasting Marshmallows

Immediately take the marshmallows out, let them cool for 1 minute and place them into the cups (3 in each serving) with the brown side facing out (s'more effect).

S'more Ice Cream Cups

Top the warm marshmallows with your ice cream and graham cracker crumble and serve immediately. Ohhhh, yea.
