If you're looking to feel like you're on vacation in your own home, the Blended Pineapple Punch (In a Pineapple) if for you! This drink, although highly impractical at scale, is really fun to make. And when you're sharing it with two straws, you truly feel like you've been dropped into a postcard from a tropical island. How did this come about you ask? Well, we recently returned from a vacation and were walking through the market when I saw a bunch of pineapples and thought, "we should try making one of those really fun drinks out of that pineapple! (said with a very excited look on my face)". And, so, here we have it. This blended drink is totally fresh using the core of the pineapple blended with orange and lime and it is very smooth.

Pineapple

Start by coring your pineapple by using a pairing knife. Cut around the edge and inward. Be cautious, and be sure not to puncture the edges, the pineapple will be your punch beverage container.

Once hollowed, take your pineapple core, your orange and lime and blend them together. We blended the entire fruit, peels included, then strained out the juice for a smooth pineapple-orange-lime (it smells amazing). Pour in your juice, Campari, Vodka and Rum into your blender over ice and blend for 1-2 min.

Pour your punch into your hollowed out pineapple. There will be extra punch depending on the size of the pineapple you used for this drink. If you have leftovers, chill them and refill your pineapple "cup" as needed.

Add in your straws and top with the crown for presentation, because why not!
