I make fruit & oatmeal parfaits all the time so Nathan suggested I include it in the site. They're so colorful and fun, and completely customizable. Parfaits are great for when you have a random assortment of things in your fridge or pantry and want a medley of fresh flavors! I love layering the flavors - they can be so beautiful! Make one for yourself. See just how creative you can get- hooray for playing with our food!

Ingredients for fruit parfaits are really up to your taste buds. But layering them can really change the way you enjoy your parfait. I like to start with oats or grains at the bottom, then maybe sprinkle a few on top at the end.

Next is the yogurt, it’s a nice base for the fruit and separates the grainy texture from the sweet fruit.

Then I layer my fruit (the more fruit the better- I love fruit so much).
